One night because of a missed flight. I was welcomed even if I did not have a reservation (I did not have breakfast because of an early flight the following morning). Convenient location near by the highway. The room was a little bit outdated and noisy.
Unsecured hotel ever. My car glass was damaged and stuff was stolen in the hotel parking at lunch time in front of the restaurant. Hotel personal was unhelpful and not responsible. No security or Security cameras. It's very easy drive to hotel from Milano city. Good property in the hand of bad management. It's a pity..
Definitely not what one would expect at a 4-star hotel. Room was not ready when we arrived, air condition was not working, no Wi-Fi in the room. This may have been a nice hotel 30 years ago, but right now it is very run-down. Location-wise it is very noisy due to some heavy-traffic roads in close proximity. Also don’t expect anyone to speak English.
