Location is 5/5 Cleanliness is 5/5 It’s a little old fashioned. Reception team are nice. Restaurant lets it down massively. Food is lackluster and I had to send my bowl of flavorless pasta and hard vegetables back. I get Denmark are not as up to date with Vegetarian options but I’m sure they can do a little better than “you need to pay, it’s what you ordered!” In the end I flat out said that it needed to be made again. It’s such a shame when one bad part casts a shadow over the rest but for me that statement was just poor customer service.
Gym is nice and well equipped, the spa area is decent and usually always ready to be used. The morning buffet is good and dinner is tasty. Only negative is the beds, they’re super hard and will give you sleepless nights.
Very nice hotel! But I think it is a bit overpriced for what you get. The rooms were a bit small and the shower was a bit weak, with the stream not being so powerful. The breakfast was ok, it was nothing special, but it was a good breakfast. The swimming pool was nice, the pool inside was nothing special again but it worked! The jacuzzi outside was nice and the sauna was a sauna! All in all this is a good hotel, but I think it is a bit overpriced…
