Stayed for four nights August 2025. We chose it because of the kids club, as we have a two year old. The pool and restaurants are great. Particularly for little ones. Rooms fine, we had garden suite. The first day of the 'baby club' was poor, the staff member not interested in playing or interacting with the kids. I complained to the manager. He wrote back to me personally and there was a significant improvement from that point on. Impressive response. Our daughter loved it after that. Other than that the staff were very attentive. Room cleaning and reception and room service good. Overall would recommend if you have kids.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Poor Hygiene, and No Accountability I recently stayed at Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort for six nights with my family, and I must say this was one of the most frustrating and disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had — especially for a place that claims to be a 4-star resort (and previously 5-star). We paid over €2,000 for 6 nights on a room advertised with ocean views, but the view was barely there. Sadly, that was just the beginning of a long list of issues. ➡️ Cleanliness was appalling. There were wine stains on the main table that were never cleaned. Dirty dishes left untouched. A blocked sink that was never fixed despite our requests. And worst of all, I found a large cockroach inside the minibar, feeding on snacks. I have a photo to prove it — this was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, especially since I was traveling with my 3-year-old. Hotel did nothing about this. ➡️ Zero responsiveness. We called reception several times to report issues — the sink, the room not being cleaned, even the cockroach — and no one came. I emailed the general manager a detailed complaint and never received a response. No acknowledgment, no apology, no compensation. No accountability whatsoever. ➡️ Poor room functionality. The room phone didn’t work for most of our stay. This meant I couldn’t even call for help or order food unless I physically walked to reception — which was far away. On our first night, I had to leave my toddler alone in the room just to get dinner. The room safe kept making loud mechanical noises, and it took 12 hours to get someone to fix it. ➡️ Underwhelming spa (which costs €35 per person to access): No jacuzzi, a cold pool, and a steam room that smelled like a dirty gym locker room. Not relaxing at all. ➡️ Additional charges for basics. Even beach sunbeds cost extra — €10 each — despite the high price we were already paying to stay at the resort. Every single touch point of the guest experience was a disappointment — cleanliness, communication, amenities, and service. I travel often and rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was painful from start to finish. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel; renting a vacation home is a much better experience and value for money

Very poor customer service. The Telephone number given is not working. There is no chance to connect to an agent. The emails are not responded. I made a reservation of Apartment in Las Dunas by accepting the terms and condition of paying 25% upon booking. Once the booking is made the website shows a page to select your apartment but nothing is available. It took a week that they called me. How can someone trust this system which always says sorry we are very busy.
