Gonluferah City Hotel

When I get here rooms towels were old, mini fridge was not working and room was smelling bad. Then after I reported it they immediately took after everything and changed my room. All service personnel was eager to solve my problems, special thanks to manager Mr. Ugur.

Went for a Haman visit with the family...as we had kids we had to book a private VIP room with a tiny mineral pool. All clean and plenty of towels were made available. We had the room for an hour and they allowed us to use it for the full hour. All good so far and would have been a nice experience have we not reached out the night before to inquire about availability and cost. When reaching out in English via the chat function and to the email that was provided, we were quoted a cost of TL2,500 for this experience by D. SAHIN from the Spa directly. What I did not know was that my wife's (local) friend already made a booking on our behalf for the exact same service and was only quoted TL1,750. I surely should not complain about getting a better deal, though it turned out the lower cost tied back to their stated price list, which I checked at the end. It is rather disappointing to see such "foreign tourist based pricing premium" in a supposedly reputable place that is already priced well out of reach for the average local.

I am staying in this hotel right now. I came to see Uludağ mountain. I am so disappointed because room is smelling cigarette and room is not clean enough. There is hair in the room which is not belong to me. I talked with reception and they didn't fix my problem. They told me to open windows and refresh the room while its very cold outside. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
