We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gonsala! Everything was great and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Van Anh, Thong, Ninh, and Nam for their outstanding service and warm hospitality! The only minor issue was that the shower wasn’t completely sealed, so a bit of water leaked towards the toilet area—but nothing serious at all. Overall, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was a very good experience. The location was great. The staff were very friendly and even helped to contact the bus company. The sea-view room offers a direct view of the sea, and at night, you can enjoy the sea breeze directly from the balcony. I haven't had the chance to experience the swimming pool and the gym yet. Looking forward to the next trip. Special thanks to the staff in the picture

Overall a great place. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Warm rooftop pool with beautiful views. Service will need to be enhanced to meet true five-star standards, or this place will be five stars in name only. When I arrived, the room key did not work. A replacement took a bit to arrive. I was very hungry at the time and no one asked me if I had time to wait. Instead i was just directed to wait in the room. In addition to the normal beds in the room, there was also a child's bed taking up space. This was not in the room description when i reserved and should not have been there. I requested its removal, which was done promptly, but this should not have been necessary. At breakfast there were dozens of patrons but only a small pot of coffee that kept running out. The man who cleared my used plates while i was eating had the sniffles and was coughing a bit. He should be given paid time off or a different job, not one around patrons who were eating, while sniffling and possibly ill. The hotel required a 500k deposit (about $19 US) upon arrival, which I thought was petty at a five star place. Then upon leaving, the desk clerk directed me to sit down while they checked the room, to see if they could give me back my 500k. I was in a rush to catch a train, and he did not ask if I had time to wait. Finally after a few minutes I told him I had to go, and he expedited the procedure. This should not have been necessary. A five star place should give five star service, and these guys do not know how to do it.
