We stayed at Otiums Hotel for 4 nights this May 2021 and we had a wonderful time. First and foremost the staff were very friendly and accommodating, we really felt welcome in their place. Giorgi said you could treat this place as your home and we truly felt like it was. Giorgi gave us a very warm welcome and made our stay in Georgia even more enjoyable through his tips and stories that he shared. Hotel location was great, just near the main avenue where you get to see interesting architectural and cultural highlights. Our room was very clean. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Again, the staff esp. Giorgi and David were amazing. Thank you guys. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. 😊👍🏼👍🏼 P. S. One of the best ice creams in Tbilisi is just next door. Yum. 🍦🍧🍨
We found this place through booking.com before we travelled for vacation. We called them before we left our country. They were evryy welcoming and helpful. The room they gave us at first was really small and had some discomforts but they were veryyy thoughtful to provide us with another spacious and better room. They have two blocks A and B. we stayed for 6 nights and were veryy comfortable and happy overall.
The manager was clearly care less about everything during my stay, expired shampoo, expired body wash and weirdly getting upset for asking additional blanket for kid , location good and breakfast provider ( aged staff) are very polite and responsible people.
