I recently had the pleasure of staying at Goodrich Suites, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home as soon as I arrived. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised with the personalized service I received throughout my stay.
So disappointed. With the same price in Aston or Swissbell hotel. I could enjoy the smart TV to watch Netflix. Never believe the marketing they’re making. I booked for 5 days with no smart TV to enjoy Netflix. The TV still the old version. Don’t make the same mistake as i did. Be careful with what they show on social media.
Noisy! How can this even be a 3 star without dual pane windows. The hotel is surrounded by the freeway so quiet options are limited and knowing this they don’t have earplugs at reception or provided in the room. A very common concession in the comments also! Leaky bathtub is loud, staff is nice enough, but location also should be enough to deduct a star being you are under the freeway, sketchy neighborhood outside.
