Goreme Suites

Nice hotel with an amazing view of Göreme. Everything is nice about this hotel, the rooms are decorated in an authentic Turkish way of the region, are sparkling clean and the bed is so comfortable. If you are like me can feel sick in cave rooms with low ceiling but still you want an authentic experience this is the place for you. The garden is so beautiful and you can go in the top of the hotel to have an even better view and enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast is so good with a wide selection of nuts, marmelade, in house halva, cheese, sweet and salty traditional delicacies. The owner is very nice and gentle, he secured us the transfer to the airport. Will definitely go back when in Göreme.

- the location was exceptional and the views were breaking from our room and terrace. no need to go anywhere else for great photos. the staff were amazing!!!!!! so friendly and welcoming. we had coffee with them and felt like family. they were so hospitable and caring. rooms and air conditioning were great!!! breakfast was amazing and personalized to what we like with lots of variety. even they prepared take away breakfast for us as we had early flight so we don't miss breakfast. they offer tea, nescafe and water all day in lobby kitchen and night so we felt like home. they had great restaurant recommendations so ask them!!! am thank you to the best staff Emrah and Cihan for making our stay exceptional.

The best things about this hotel are the hospitality of the staff & the view. They went out of their way to be helpful & friendly. That made it really special. The view & garden is lovely. The rest is average to below average. My kids stayed in a lovely room but the bathroom smelled so horrible it was barely usable. We complained & they told us that the toilet needed to be fixed. They should not have put us in a room with a broken sewer line! Lots of areas where the attention to detail was lacking. The shampoos were half full - as if left over from the previous guests, toilet paper was not replenished when the rooms were cleaned, and there was dust on window ledges & furniture. Our room had windows on the street & every morning at 6 AM trucks on the tiny street were so loud that we woke up every day to crashing noise outside our window. Overall, for the price it was ok, but there are many more special places to stay in Goreme.
