Gorkem Apart Hotel

Staff are fantastic, so helpful and accommodating. The room was very basic, which was fine, but the bathroom let's it down. It was very small and had a toilet, wash basin and shower on the wall next to the toilet (like a wet room) so everything got wet. A lovely Turkish breakfast included or pay for Full English. Had a great time here.

Me and my wife can’t wait to go back next month it was our 1st time in turkey last year and booked again before we left. 5 star it isn’t but it’s small and friendly. It tells you something when people return year after year to same hotel my sister 4 times others we met more than that .quite location lovely views and staff and the price is right

I had a really bad time at this hotel, which was booked through Travel Republic. The staff made me feel unwelcome, and the breakfast was dire—a half slice of sausage if I was lucky, not enough to feed a cat. The room was poorly attended; one wet bath towel was left outside to dry and was not changed. The cleaner left the door open, leaving the room unsecured. There was no fridge, and the shower water was warm if I was lucky. The room was cold in the evening. When I came back late after enjoying my day away, I ordered a drink from an unmotivated barman. The security guard mentioned that the barman wanted to go to bed soon. Overall, the room was basically clean but had no fridge, a poor shower, and poor room security. The customer service was poor, and the staff were unmotivated. Additionally, calls from an adjacent mosque at 4:00 a.m. woke me in the early hours of the morning. Travel Republic was responsible for this fiasco. I would give this hotel a rating of 2/10 Good mind to call the Police.
