A good experience always starts ones you are checking in for your room, I’ve been welcomed at the front desk by Mr. Talgo who gives me the best service in every possible ways making you feel right at home, always very friendly, attend and helpful. All staff at all times very friendly, dynamic and service minded. Special staff member which enlightened my day Mr. John and Ms. Iram thank you very much for the warmth hospitality.
The hotel is excellent to stay at. The spread for the breakfast was to delicious. The hotel staff especially Tolga when out of their way for me I missed the lunch deadline but he made sure I got something to eat. He provided specific advice on transport for the short time stay I had in Instanbul and I made it back in good time for the airport. Almaz
The hotel has a good location but is a little neglected (in the shower a lot of mold), the air conditioning makes noise and the wifi requires you to log in to it every now and then which is very annoying. Fortunately, the service is nice and helpful. I suggest to be careful of hotel taxis, the staff informed me that the transfer to the airport will not cost more than 1600 Turkish lira and the driver charged me with the amount of 2000 and issued a bill for 1800 which later makes it difficult to settle expenses during a business trip.
