I had a wonderful stay at this cozy chalet, it’s like a dreamy house in a fairytale. The chalet is very clean, it has almost everything you need. I like how they pay attention to the small details inside the chalet. There is play yard for the children, place for bbq and place to sit a fire. Wood are available from their side, if you do not know how to sit a fire the host is welcome to help! The host very kind and friendly. Anything you need he is there to help! There are some cats around, if you afraid from the cats it would be a problem for you! However, i loved them and my kids liked to play with them. Try to keep the door always close because it might get some bugs inside the chalet. Which is something normal because trees are around us. Was a warm stay. Never regretted to stay here. For sure i will visit again during snow time. Big thanks to the lovely hosts
We had a wonderful stay here, it is peaceful and beautiful. The location is great and the service was top notch. The chalets were well stocked and they even left us children's toys and books. The kids playground is large and fun for the kids. The cell service for me wasn't great so it was difficult to call for food delivery but you are able to arrange meals ahead of time as well which we also too part in; they also have wifi which worked well for our kids tablets. Can't wait to come back here for the snow.
The woman is disrespectful!, she came to us because our neighbor was complaining that the roof of the living room is leaking out, so she came to our bathroom(the bathroom is all from wood)and checked it and she was talking to my mom and keep screaming because the wood was wet, this is so rude and disrespectful even if it our problem we will pay for it but she has no right to talk to us in this way. The place and the rooms are too tight different from pictures that shows, (not enough for more than 5 people) not for big families. The location is so far from the market. the man working there is so respectful, kind and helpful. The nature is amazing here.
