Excellent hotel in the best location on Kopaonik. Modern rooms, great food, friendly staff. The spa is nice, though note that most people use the saunas in swimwear, which is highly unusual. Perfect stay, highly recommended, especially during summer season.
We as a family of three stayed for 7 nights in august and had a fantastic stay. Excellent service, clean rooms, great food. Lots of activities for the kid, atv, monkey park, Bob, trips with the kids club. We had two hiking trips with beautiful view. The Spa area was excellent, with lots of different saunas, and nice massage. Our daughter fell and hit her head, and the manager and staff followed up with care. They arranged transport to the hospital for a check up, and called the hospital and gave them notice of our arrival. All controls went very smooth. We really appreciated the caring service and want to send a thank you to the staff. We loved the stay and will definitely come back and test the winter season.
Great hotel, exceptional service. We have had always great time during our stay - usually during summer. Staff in SPA center were especially nice, while massage by Nikola were additional bonus. Gordana
