Gotha Hotel Turin Airport

Went there just for a night sleep before our flight. The rooms are outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The staff people are really sweet and kind, but they forgot to tell us that the booking site didn't charge us, causing us to get urgent request to pay while we're in the airport!

This is an old hotel that was renovated around 20 years ago. The rooms are unattractive and unclean, with several issues, especially a noisy heating system, no fan in the bathroom, and blankets marked with black stains. There was also an unpleasant odor coming from the mattress. Breakfast is overpriced at 12 euros per guest, offering only a few commercial cakes, slices of bread, and yogurt. No hot dishes are available, and don’t expect continental or gluten-free options. The gym, mentioned on the website, has been unavailable for some time due to broken equipment. The hotel seems to be managed by young staff who often appear disinterested. The cleaning crew was quite noisy, speaking loudly and sometimes talking on the phone while cleaning, which made it difficult to sleep in the mornings. On the plus side, there is parking available, along with a free EV charging spot. I would recommend this hotel only for a short stay, especially if you’re arriving after a long flight, due to its close proximity to Caselle Airport.

The restaurant room is very pretty. Very unwelcoming hotel staff, showers filled with mold, strange smells in the rooms, very old hotel. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars but rather just one.
