We want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Great Environment And this is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make us feel at home. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Food was fantastic. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The Best Stay Ever.

A truly one-of-a-kind vacation spot for relaxing among the beautiful gardens, rolling hills scenery, tea estate, and an outstanding service from the entire staff.

This hotel is one of the best places I have ever stayed and I've clocked up a couple of thousand hotel nights in my time. The colonial house with only 11 bedrooms made us feel like the royalty and celebrities that have graced this residence in the years gone by. Having undergone a flawless renovation the house transports you back to a bygone era. The service was fantastic to start with a ratio of at least one member of staff for each guest. Nothing was too much for the staff and we were honoured to meet the owners, Frank and Joy who made us feel like we were VIP guests in their home. The rooms were fantastically appointed and despite the lack of air conditioning we were cool and comfortable owing to the altitude and breezes. What this accommodation lacks in pools and beach it makes up for with its beautifully manicured grounds and there is a tennis court. All meals (silver service) were included with a fantastic choice and a super afternoon tea and yet we were able to dress super casual at all times. The food was very good and we were able to go local or western whenever we liked. I'm nervous giving this place such a glowing review as I'm worried we may encounter a lack of availability when we wish to return. This was our favourite five star accommodation over our three weeks in Sri Lanka.
