Goya Spring Resort

I got to the room, unfortunately neglected, in which the smell of mold and damp was noticeable, the room lacked an air dryer, the bed was too short and uncomfortable, I am 180 cm tall. You can see that it has not been invested in renovation for a long time... At this price, I expected something better. Maybe other rooms look better. I wonder where the bathtub water escapes through leaky joints, it does not bode well for the future. But the view from the bathroom and the hot spring were fine. I spent one night there. The breakfast was ok.

The hot spring hotel. You can live here to have hot spring or only hot spring without bed room. The only hot spring room is in under ground. The hotel is a little inside so it will be easily to miss the road to come here.

Room and facility all look nice and all. Certainly 5 star feel. But after checking in, nightmare starts. First, shower in room does not have enough pressure, switches are defective. 2nd, customer service was horrible, every demand I asked, I got replied with a "no, we can't do that", never heard so many no's in a 5 star hotel. 3rd, staffs are obviously untrained and unprofessional in almost every department. Only pro is the hotel is still new and food was great(not service, again)
