GR Solaris Caribe Adults Only All Inclusive

We had a great time here. All of the staffs are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Great place for vacation. The communication and coordination is excellent at the hotel. Staffs are all professional! Will definitely come back again. The food at booked restaurants is great. Dinner buffet is a choice if no reservation. Breakfast buffet is great at Cafe.

Just came back from an amazing week at this resort in Mexico and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true vacation. The all-inclusive package really means all-inclusive—there were so many food and drink options beyond the main buffet. We especially loved being able to make restaurant reservations through the resort app, which was super convenient and gave us a chance to try a variety of cuisines. Huge shoutout to Antonio, Lazzero, and Luciano who gave us outstanding service throughout our stay—they truly made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The resort itself is beautiful and spacious. Easy beach access, large swimming pools, and lots of fun options during lunch like the snack bar with freshly made pizzas, poolside bar, an in-building bar, and even a cute café for a mid-day pick-me-up. Entertainment-wise, there was never a dull moment. From live music throughout the day to evening theatre shows, there was always something going on to keep us engaged and relaxed at the same time. If I had to point out one thing that could be improved, it would be the signage around the resort. It was a bit of a maze trying to find our room during the first couple of days. We got lost a few times and had to rely on staff or head back to the front desk to find our way. Clearer directional signs would make a big difference, especially for new guests. That said, everything else was absolutely top-notch. I would 100% recommend this resort for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-rounded vacation. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Stayed here in February 2025 for the 3rd time and now have to downgrade what used to be a 5 star review to a 1 star. It got to the point that all of us who went (4 families), decided we will NEVER come back to Cancun, or the Caribe. Pros: Good food, nice beach. On call Doctor is fabulous and quickly treated an ear infection. Cons: Service and care for guests, specifically the Club Solaris Management. (Other staff were kind and courteous, though many were zoned out on their phones...) My mother in law has had a timeshare here for 20 years and we've never felt so disrespected. She did not get the room she had paid for (balcony ocean view king room) but a tiny double room with no view. They finally moved her to an ocean view room, but not a balcony one. Then a group rowdy guests threw loud parties with their own music several nights in a row in the courtyard in the middle of the rooms, meaning their loud music, glass breaking, and screaming was directly outside our door until 3 am! We complained about it and were told the quiet hours were after10pm but it took 3 nights for them to send security. It got so bad one of the families in our group moved resorts. The staff directly lied to us and said they'd cut the bracelets on the ones who couldn't stop partying so they couldn't get more beverages. The bracelets were never cut and the partying happened again the next night. When we complained, the manager on duty told us he'd go talk to the party of people and we literally watched him walk off property for the day. The Caribe has always been the quiet side of the resort but it was ludicrous how unconcerned the staff was about this level of partying. We had a baby and other kids in our room and no one could sleep because of these people. The main issue was the resort took little to no action and repeatedly lied about it, saying there were sending someone. It all felt like a gag to get us to renew the timeshare- where management would lie to give us what we wanted and then do literally nothing about the situation. This resort used to be amazing, but that is no longer the case. We will not be getting another timeshare or ever returning so we can go somewhere we can actually relax.
