We stayed at The Graben Hotel for 3 nights in April and we had a really good stay and would highly recommend. We were able to check in early as our room was available. The hotel is really conveniently located right in the centre of Vienna which made it walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit and meant we could go back during the day. The staff were very helpful with advice and information for travelling around the city using public transport. We had breakfast included for our stay which made things much easier for us and there was a good choice of food available. The hotel also has an Italian restaurant which we ate at on the first night and the food was really good and the staff were very friendly.
We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel. It was clean, our room spacious and the staff were amazing. Close to everything and convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great location and easy to access the inner city. Room a bit small, but as expected in the Center of Vienna. Cleanliness good, furniture ok but bed small for 2 people. The air conditioner is not working well, the room was very warm when working on lower level, had to fully run it. May be an issue during summer, especially we have been on the 7th floor under the roof. However, location tops everything.
