Grace At Five by Grace Hotel Bangkok

Grace at five by grace hotels is a modern hotel bit service needs improving. The manageress is very friendly and helpful but the girl who checked me in was very poor and lacked customer service standard skills. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfy. There's a large LCD smart TV with some English channels and ABC Australia. There is Blackout curtains, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, and the bathroom has a good size shower with good water pressure. The pool is NOT in the building and you have to go to a other building to use the pool, which means getting changed and carrying a lot of additional things with you, so it's very inconvenient and user unfriendly. Overall I would recommend it for comfort and I would have no problem staying here again

Hotel with good size rooms with a chair and space for luggage. Bed is comfortable and LCD TV with some English speaking channels. Shower has reasonably good water pressure and showroom is a good size. Advertised with pool bit no pool in the building you have to go to a different place in a different building which means you can't just wonder down in.your swimwear, you need to take footwear clothes and stuff. It's most inconvenient.

Rooms aren't bad. They are reasonably good size. Staff some are lazy and rude, others helpful. They don't tell you the swimming pool is in a different building of a different hotel which is really annoying and inconvenient and that should be advertised on their website.
