This is my second year staying at this hotel. Reasonable price for rooms. Satisfied with everything. Clean, comfortable rooms; polite, responsive staff. Booked with breakfast: varied, fresh, delicious food. The only thing was that on the second day of the holiday the hammam was not working
I booked a hotel through T-bank, 100% prepayment on 19.06.2025. I arrived, but there was NO reservation. While I was sitting and solving the issue, I froze and caught a cold. In the end, I paid and checked in. In the end, the issue was resolved only on 17.07.2025! It seems to be a technical error, but I can’t get back my sleepless night and good mood. They returned the reservation, as well as the payment for the day. But they somehow forgot to apologize. Disgusting service. They ruined my vacation.
