Grace Cox Smart Hotel

I stayed at Grace Cox Hotel for a one-day transit and found it to be a reasonable choice considering the facilities they offer for their category. Most importantly, the staff’s behavior was exceptional. In particular, the receptionist, Mr. Rojel, was extremely humble and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience.

The hotel was great within the budget. I stayed in their couple queen room. The room was very neat and clean, especially their bathroom was more beautiful. Each of their staff was very helpful and polite. Rojeland Sojib brothers at the reception were very helpful. They tried to assist us in many ways. And always greeted us with a smile when entering and leaving the hotel. We were especially impressed with their behavior. The rooms provided all the expected amenities and were spacious enough and the interior environment was also good. I took the room with my family for one night and later I was forced to stay for another night. Because my family liked the environment very much. And the complimentary breakfast had good quality food with sufficient items. Their car was also good for airport pickup and drop-off. In my opinion the room service was excellent. Since the cost varies depending on the peak season or off season, I will not comment on the cost and quality ratio. However, it is a good choice for staying near peak season. Overall I would give it a 10/10.😊

Few days ago I stayed at Grace Cox Smart Hotel and had a good experience. It exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. My room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The Hotel have a small swimming pool in ground floor. Guest can enjoy this pool. Their dinning room is also good. They provide tasty food from breakfast to dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and welcoming place to stay.
