Great hotel for skiing! While the snow was not great, we didn't let that affect the whole experience. Yes, the hotel is not close to the ropeway but they organise free transfers to and from the hotel. Which is better as the street it's on has most of the popular restaurants to eat in Tsaghkadzor. Our room was huge as we asked specifically for a room with a bathtub. All the staff were very nice and super helpful - we arrived at 2am and found our check-in experience to be quick and effortless. The included breakfast was like a continental-style buffet - the only issue was it was a little late, 9.30am-11.30am. The ropeway opens 9am. The bowling alley and games area was a great addition to our evening (especially with the bar present😁). The 2 restaurants connected to the hotel were both exceptional. Overall for our first trip to Armenia, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back next winter!

Good rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast could be better (previously stayed in other hotel and it was much more better). Possibility to play bowling (1 hour 10k drams), billiard (2k drams for russian or standard) but tables and other must be renovated. Different Restaurants nearby, as well as in the same building ("Kavkaskaya plenitsa") with very good and tasty dishes. Location is good if you want to be in the center and crowd place. Hotel is not close to ski area & rope, but you can ask for transfer.

On the first day of my stay I had to take a doo doo very badly, after me and my family entered our room we realized that there was no lock to the bathroom. While in the middle of doing my business, one of the hotel lady’s entered the bathroom (to delive toiletries). She barges in without knocking. The room number of the room stayed at for 4 nights was 105
