Me and my 4 friends from india stayed in this hotel in dec 2024 and we had a very good time, located very near to red square it’s a walkable distance . Highly recommend
Cosy and well maintained hotel in great location, next to Bolshoi theatre, the famous restaurant Turandot, café Pushkin and 10 minutes away by walk to Red Square. The neighborhood is full of nice restaurants, Gum department store, luxury shops and main road. You feel like staying in vintage hotel though it’s very clean, comfortable and luminous with day light (especially when sun rises at 3 am! bit the curtain could hide it so well.) The service is fine. Staff is helpful and nice. The room is a bit small, but still comfortable for one person. The big mirror next to the bed makes the room looks more spacious. The only downside is the bad smell from the bathroom. If I travel to Moscow next time, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this hotel.
THIEVES !!! Don’t stay there at all cost, this hotel has no management as they never respond to calls nor emails, we stayed for 3 nights (which was a disaster) and we had another reservation for another 3 nights, but we cancelled it before it due (free cancellation) it’s 3 weeks now and the never refunded the money nor responded to any of many emails we sent, nor calls from inside or outside Russia .. !! Thieves and I have all the documents to prove my situation ..
