The Graduate Hotel in Auburn is the perfect blend of quaint and grand. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a true college town theme and feel—the hotel is a full tribute to the university, celebrating it in every way possible. Every detail, from the lobby to the rooms, bathrooms, décor, and even the lamps, reflects that spirited connection to the college. Valet parking is the only option, but the friendly, accommodating staff makes arrival and departure effortless. The on-site restaurant offers great food, reasonable prices, and excellent service, making it a convenient and delicious choice without leaving the property. The location is wonderfully walkable, so you can explore the area with ease. Whether you’re visiting for game day, a campus tour, or just to soak in the Auburn atmosphere, the Graduate makes you feel right at home while celebrating the charm of the town.
I highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location adjacent to campus. Cleanliness of room exceeded expectations. The bed was very comfortable, I slept great. Housekeeping staff detail oriented and took excellent care of my room. Front desk and valet very professional. The hotel decor is quirky in a very charming way. 10/10 would stay again!
05/2025- I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a thoughtful local touch that really made the experience unique. The room was decorated in a fun blue and orange football theme, which was both stylish and appropriate for the location. It was spacious, spotless, and everything was in excellent condition. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the abundance of towels provided. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar—perfect for getting some work done in the evening while enjoying a drink and the view. I also tried the cafe breakfast, which was quite good. The hotel’s location is ideal, right across from the engineering campus. I noticed they have bikes available too, which would be a fun way to explore the area. If I had to note one small drawback, it would be the in-room coffee situation. Instead of a coffee machine, there was just a kettle, and all the coffee provided was decaf. I’m not sure if that was intentional to encourage guests to visit the cafe or just an oversight, but normally you’d expect a mix of regular and decaf options. Still, it’s a minor detail and didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a visit to Auburn.
