Beautiful unique, boutique hotel located on Franklin Street and convenient everything! The rooms are elegant, comfortable and unique making this a true UNC Chapel Hill experience! Lovely covered balcony for sipping coffee in the morning.Thank you, Maria for introducing us baseball moms to this beautiful hotel. Will book here for future events for sure! Bar and kitchen are convenient, delicious, and well stocked!

We stayed here over a weekend while in town for a wedding. The location was absolutely perfect. There were tons of restaurants within a couple minute walk. The folks working the front desk were also super friendly and helpful. The Carolina theme was well done and a lot of fun. I thought, given the price, that the rooms were slightly dated. The bathrooms in particular felt like they could use an update. This didn’t impact our stay and still felt quite comfortable in the space but just thought at the price point it might be a slightly more elevated spaces. I’d stay here again if I found myself back in Chapel Hill.

Pot smell every outside so FONT stay if you want to pay extra for balcony or want help for the front desk. They are rude and short either way guests, offered smaller room with no refund. Can't use balcony we paid for because disgusting gross sickness smell.
