Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati

My daughter and I stayed for a long weekend a couple weeks ago. It was the prefect place for us to stay! My little girl absolutely loved the room. There was a sweet touch of some birthday treats and a note for me as well. I regret not getting names but everyone at the front desk was amazing and so great with my young daughter. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Hotel! Very quiet, clean, Family friendly, and spacious. Dawn was Amazing and provided outstanding customer obsession! Keisha is a wonderful bar tender. Very personable and friendly. Colin was super helpful with securing a taxi for my friend that needed help. She is from Germany and did not quit understand the American system. The Graduate by Hilton you have a great team! Don't let these people go. Highly Recommend!

The entire place is kept in order. The employees are all super nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. We specifically flew in from California just to visit the Zoo. The zoo is only about two blocks away and maybe a 10 minute walk. Plenty of underground parking at the hotel, for the past 3 days we were the only car on the lower level. There are some stores and plenty of places to eat around the area although I wouldn’t recommend walking to them after dark. In all honesty, the immediate area around the hotel seems completely safe but the few blocks in between getting to those places seem a bit sketchy at night. The hotel has a great bar and does offer food. If I had a reason to come back I would not hesitate to stay here again but the Zoo is wildly overrated and really kind of a disappointment compared to other Zoos we have visited. They’ve been surfing off of their famous hippopotamus exhibit and it’s really nothing exceptional.
