The staff is wonderful and helpful. Loved my stay for the week. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly, they make you feel at home. The location is great. Wonderful shops and great food in walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
I've been Hilton Diamond for a long time and do a lot of traveling. I was starting to lose faith in Hilton due to a string of less than desirable stays at multiple locations. My wife and I recently stayed at the Graduate for 4 nights and had a great experience. It all started before we even got there, I was only supposed to be there 1 night, but they still went ahead and upgraded my room due to my status. Most Hilton brand hotels don't do that anymore, most of them barely even acknowledge your Diamond since after covid. The Graduate did and even after I realized I was going to need to stay 3 more nights, the manager Jeremi made absolute sure that we could stay in the same room. Very generous of him, especially since it was an upgraded room. All the other staff interactions were very pleasant. Our room was very clean, yes there was a slight odor, but we are from Louisiana, everything smells like that there. The Coop is a good chill vibe. Again, very nice staff there as well. My travel rarely takes me to or near Oxford, but I'm ever there again this is where I will be staying.
Great location just a block or two from the square. Nice facility, love the decor, the room was large. However, for a room with two beds, there was only 1 bath towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, and a bath mat. Fortunately I was travelling by myself so I could make do. Outlet by the bed too loose to hold a charger so had to charge my phone and watch across the room. Also they charge $17.66 per night for parking but you can't charge it to your room. You scan a QR code in the lot and enter your credit card through an app. The parking didn't provide a receipt (needed for business reimbursement), it's not clear on Parking Mgmt website where to get a receipt, and when I texted the hotel to ask, nobody responded. Also had difficulty at check-out getting an email receipt. She wanted to email not print to save paper. Well then I had to call back for them to resend and then over the next two days I got like 4 emailed receipts. Last, was disappointed with the breakfast. Given the decor of the restaurant, I expected a nice, full-service breakfast. Instead it's more like a Starbucks--you order and pay at a counter, you seat and serve yourself, and there is a very limited selection of breakfast sandwiches and drinks from the cooler. No "American style" breakfast at all.
