Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Good staff like Cristiana on the reception are always an asset for the company. Will visit again soon

This hotel offers a very quiet stay with a unique room layout and I particularly enjoyed the see through bathroom. Breakfast at the beautifully designed Red Canapé restaurant was a highlight. However, the absence of a lobby or bar for relaxation, outdated furniture, a small TV, and simple beds detracted from the experience. It ultimately didn't feel like a five-star hotel

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my expectations. The biggest downside was the extremely uncomfortable beds – old spring mattresses that were completely sagging, making sleeping on them a nightmare. The sofa was also in terrible condition – wobbly, uncomfortable, and covered in stains. The photos online are very misleading – the decor appears to be wooden, but in reality, it's just cheap plastic, which looks tacky and artificial. The TV in the living room was very small, old, and had no Smart features, and there were no TVs in the bedrooms. There were also no bedside lamps, and the nightstands were poorly designed, not matching the height of the beds, making them inconvenient to use. The hotel toiletries were extremely limited – we received only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash, which was far from enough for multiple showers. The only positive aspect was the location, but that alone is not enough to make up for all the shortcomings. I definitely wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality.
