Fantastic staff, very friendly. We stayed in the hotel next to the aqua-park and it was a great location. Food is mostly okay. Sometimes a bit bland. Diversity in food choices; vegetarian options and halal food are very good. Great hotel overall!

No idea why people are rating this hotel any less that 5 stars! Just no pleasing some people I suppose. We have had the most amazing stay here! The pools are clean, slides are fun, there's always somewhere to stick ya towel (even if it's just on the grass) the food is lovely and loads to choose from, staff are gorgeous. Cleaner helped us right away as my little boy threw up (too much fun that day haha) rooms are spotless, fresh beds every day, hairdryer, soap. Little walk into the town, minutes away, beach is minutes the other way. Honestly don't get why anyone would write anything bad. I feel we got an absolute bargain for what's here and we will most definitely, be returning next year. We haven't even finished our stay, 2 days left and already we have our transfer information and everything has just been fab. Just thought I'd share our experience, ignore the Karens, they're probably stuck up snobs expecting the ritz or something. If yav got kids and want a relaxing, but wild holiday, this hotel is the 1!!

I came with my family to this resort for a week of relax and did not regret it at all. When looking for an affordable resort this place is great. However you have to keep in mind that you get what you pay for. - google maps took us to the wrong location due to many of the same chain are around and it’s not properly labeled. We had to carry our baggage all the way to the next location. I recommend to research the right location and parking before arriving to have a smooth transition. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and amazing. He could benefit from a partner since during check in /out sometimes it takes too long because there is only one person and multiple families doing different transactions. - the pool was amazing. The different slides kept the whole family entertained. They could benefit from more lounge chairs and shade areas . Bathrooms could use a clean up every 3 hrs because during the day it gets very dirty. - the bar in the pool had the most friendly staff from Lloret. They were helpful for any drink or food choice. Easy to get along and trustworthy. - the entertainment was very fun and cool to keep us occupied. - the buffet was pretty good. Changed a different menu every day but kept the basics on hand. - the staff cleaning the rooms did amazing job every day. However they could offer a better body soap and bed linen since it’s a 4 star hotel. In my opinion some suggestions the hotel can improve are: - Upgraded bathrooms. The bathtub has an extension for the shower, but not a high enough holder for the shower head. - more outlets in the room. It only had one extra one for a charger. Overall a good stay. Very close to the beach and town which made life very easy.
