We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful hotel, which provided us with an unforgettable vacation. The rooms were excellent, with all the necessary appliances, perfect service available 24 hours a day, and everything was close to us. We really enjoyed it.
Location is great. 10 minute walk from the station and the area outside is a nice little park. If you don't have a car its probably a good option. Rooms are a decent size but furniture is a little dated.
Hotel isn't 4 star...really 3 star. Booked directly on the hotel website and received confirmation from the hotel which didn't explain the street the hotel is on was inaccessible by car and construction work going on. Couldn't drop off bags. Drove around in circles trying to find nearby parking. No room service which doesn't seem to be due to Covid since the restaurant in the hotel isn't controlled or owned by the hotel. The air conditioning system didn't work. On or off were the only viable options. Changing the temperature didn't do anything. Room got too hot in November. Pillows were rocks which isn't uncommon in Europe, but generally you get much better pillows in a 4 star hotel. One last missing 4-star service level was someone who spoke actual English.
