Amazing Hotel! As as a flight crew , i ve been in plenty of hotels all around but I must honestly say that this is one of the most beautiful hotels I ve stayed. The rooms are very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The staff is very professional and brings to every customer a smile ; I must say I met one of the most dedicated hotel staff member, she is Lora, she was not only helping me with a 30kg luggage, but she managed to gives me such a good and nice mood for all day ! She is very professional, people-oriented and positive energy! The breakfast is very tasty , with a lot of healthy options ! Recommending this hotel for everyone who seeks: high-quality service, beauty in design and people around but also delicious food options !😊
Pros • Prime waterfront setting. The hotel sits right on the estuary, so most rooms (and the breakfast terrace) deliver postcard-worthy water views. • Generously sized, well-equipped rooms. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds, quality linens, and practical touches like a mini-fridge and kettle. • Friendly, attentive staff. Both reception and restaurant teams strike the right balance of professionalism and warmth, making check-in smooth and mealtimes relaxed. • Strong value for money. Considering the location and room size, rates feel fair—especially in comparison with similar coastal properties nearby. Cons • Missing hair conditioner. The shower amenities include body lotion instead of conditioner, so pack your own if you need it. • Street-noise bleed. The charming riverside road below can get lively; older window frames don’t block sound completely, so light sleepers may want earplugs or a higher floor. Would I stay again? Yes—those river views and roomy quarters outweigh the minor bathroom and noise quirks. Just remember to bring conditioner and ask for a room on an upper floor if you’re sensitive to sound.
I really wanted to like this hotel, it’s small, cute, and the staff is very nice. But my stay was a total nightmare because I couldn’t sleep a single night properly. The AC is positioned directly over the bed, blowing cold air right into your face. I had to turn it off, but then the room became unbearably hot – impossible to sleep either way. On top of that, there’s some kind of motion-sensitive light in the room that turns on when you move. So imagine trying to sleep, shifting slightly in bed, and suddenly being woken up by bright light. How does that even make sense in a hotel room? When I checked out, I explained everything to the receptionist. He apologized, which was nice, but honestly, “sorry” doesn’t make up for a sleepless night. At the very least, a gesture – even something small like a chocolate or a discount – would have shown real care. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but you simply cannot fail at something as basic as providing a good night’s sleep.
