Great spacious rooms at great price and good value parking under hotel - a bit tight, but that is normal in Spain Walking distance from center (a little bit up hill on the way back) Great deal at the restaurant: good food, 3 course meal + wine for 18,= pp (!)
Location is good, located at the quiet neighbourhood; also walking distance to Salamanca university and the plaza. There is a decent size of supermarket within 100m walk; just behind the hotel. Room is clean & good size. Managed to capture very nice morning sky after breakfast during my stay. Also, due to the rush we had set dinner within hotel premises - wine, bread, chips, grilled chicken with gravy, tiramisu dessert.
I have no idea where they found 4 stars for this place. Attitude of personal is bad, room itself is good but very tired and requires renovation. If you plan to come with a car better to choose another hotel or just use parking nearby. We had a problem with a key to access hotel parking every entrance we need to call personnel to open the door. We asked to change a key and got an answer that to leave the hotel we don’t need a key. Very friendly isn’t it?
