Had a vacation week with family. The hotel is nice but clearly is not an outstanding hotel. Bedrooms felt a little empty but were clean and comfortable. Breakfast complete but I missed some more fruit variety! Might return for the marvellous beach and sea!!!
Hotel rooms are aged / dated and really need refurbishment, beds not very comfortable.. Service from some staff could be better. We got the wrong information about the parking at the reception but also at the parking itself. BE AWARE, PARKING IS CHARGED AT RIDICULOUS 15 EURO PER DAY!! As in other reviews , food is ok, but nothing ultra special. TV loses reception from time to time, which is annoying when you are watching something.. The big pool is closed as also in previous reviews mentioned . WiFi is slow and oversaturated , same for the mobile coverage. You wait ages for the lift. I don't know when this hotel got 4* but if you look at it now it's max 3*. The location itself is ok as it is not far from the beach. To round up, it's overpriced for what you get!
Checked in full board for 2 nights for 4 person. They gave us only 1 key card which was activated for only 1 night. The restaurant had few to no staff to collect used plates from the table and set the table for the next guests. Two out of 3 swimming pools were closed, so the one and only pool was stuffed like a pack of sardines. Rooms were basic standard. Nothing great in the hotel.
