The staff is great, very helpful and kind. Rooms are fine, a bit old and dated but still fine, with standard comfort. The included breakfast is not good. On the other hand the on-premises (paid) coffee shop is excellent.
Are we too demanding if we ask in a 4-star-hotel some good breakfast and enough toilet paper in the room? No, this is basic. We often miss hospitality basics in Argentina but exeptions show us that this rich and wonderful country can reach international standards easily.
