Nice old hotel. The costumer's service is good but sometimes they rent the outside part of the restaurant and the costumers need to stay inside the restaurant. The rooms are old, air conditioner doesn't work only the fan. Also on weekends they have events as weddings then music is on in the night and was very difficult to sleep. Location is near the 2nd ring then is easy to arrive to everywhere.
Rooms are old and dirty. Bed is very uncomfortable. Customer service is the worst. Plenty of other options. Will never stay here again. I normally don't post anything but this was such a bad experience I wanted to make certain I let people know how bad this place is.
No hot water at all....don't stay here..manager says nothing they can do....totally unprofessional... low occupancy, they probably turned off the hot water to avoid the cost of heating the water...
