We had an amazing stay at the oldest hotel in Madrid. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. The reception team made us feel at home immediately, and the concierge was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything Madrid has to offer. Our room was spotlessly clean with stunning interior design that reflects the charm and elegance of the building’s history. While the balcony was quite small, it had a lovely traditional feel that added to the authentic experience. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a true Madrid experience wrapped in comfort and class.

Absolutely loved our stay! The room and hotel were pure luxury, but it was the staff who made it unforgettable—kind, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like their most important guests. Perfect central Madrid location, walkable to everything. The lobby staff and concierge team are the best!

Loved our brief stay here. The rooms are modern, large and thoughtfully designed. The service was great, especially the concierge. The breakfast was super delicious. Location is very central. The downside is that there was construction outside during the day but that seems to be a common theme in this part of Madrid. Overall I’d recommend and would stay here again.
