Amazing location, and the hotel has it all. Food is very good also!

This place is even more lovely in person than in the photos! Most of the guests are families and breakfast can be a bit chaotic but you are still always able to get a table and get to the buffet easily. We took a taxi to benicassim which cost around €50 - it’s about a 30 minute drive away from the hotel but definitely worth visiting if you want a nice meal out and good nightlife at a reasonable price. The receptionist also helped us book the taxi and that was very much appreciated! The pool area is very relaxing despite there being quite a few kids around. There’s also a spar roughly a minutes walk away which has a good range of items at really reasonable prices. The prices of food and drink at the local bars and restaurants are also so reasonable. Definitely a more affordable area, particularly if you have a family. Only minor point to raise is that the pool bar didn’t open once during our stay - not detrimental to our stay though as the other bars were open all day. The pool area could also do with some parasols for us English people who rarely see the sunshine at home (appreciate the majority of the guests are sensible and go in between 2-5) Overall would highly recommend!!

Rooms are nice and clean. But this place is woefully understaffed. Endless waiting time at reception. Pool frequently opens after 11 am, no idea why. Wifi is sloooow. They charge 10 euros for 40 minutes of Spa which most hotels just include for free. Mixed feelings about this.
