Gran Hotel Los Abetos

Spacious rooms, luxury bathrooms, staff very professional. Nice garden and pool area. Easy to get into the city with the hotel shuttle or a short taxi ride, There are also some walking trails that pass by the hotel from the mount gozo park, including the last section of the Camino

Nice decor, good breakfast, lovely pool, and friendly restaurant staff. However, the rooms weren’t as spacious as advertised — the 65 m² for the family villa likely includes the parking space. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was quite expensive, and the blonde lady at reception was not friendly. Overall, a nice stay but expected more for the price.

We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights at the end of our Camino dos Faro. It is a really nice hotel complex with a beautiful garden. As a room we had a villa, which was quite nice, but sadly extremely dark without any real natural light. The bed on the other hand was extremely comfortable. Before our arrival we also let the reception that one of us can't eat egg products or lactose, and we were told that there are many options at the breakfast buffet from which we could choose from. Sadly there was nothing available except fruits, and the service team didn't even know anything about it. Even asking for lactose free products was like playing the lottery. Some days they don't have anything, and if you're lucky, you will get some milk. Definitely room to improve on that side, especially nowadays. But in the positive the Sunset is beautiful from the garden, but I don't know if I would go back a second time.
