⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Our stay at Gran Hotel Peñíscola was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality, spacious layout, and its unbeatable location right on the beachfront. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, many offering stunning sea views — waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight. The hotel’s facilities are excellent: a large outdoor pool, relaxing spa area, and a well-organized buffet restaurant with a wide variety of fresh, delicious food to suit every taste, including vegetarian and kid-friendly options. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The entertainment program and activities for families made it especially enjoyable for those traveling with children. Just a short walk or bike ride from the historic Peñíscola Castle, the location is ideal for exploring while still enjoying peaceful beachfront relaxation. Another great spot. Definitely a retirement vibe here and we were there before busy season. But the hotel was great, food was great. Having laundry services were an added bonus. We got to catch up on laundry. Pool area is beautiful. All around great stay.

The facilities are awesome. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The service depends greatly of who you are dealing with. Some employees need a little of an attitude adjustment. I am sure that it becomes tiresome to keep Repeating the same to the guest questions, however that’s what none stop tourism is. The meals were ok. Just ok. We did media pension which has us eating a meal outside the hotel and we ate much better. The breakfast was the same items daily so in along stay it may be boring. Location is amazing but a bit far from the old. It is walkable but just be aware. We had a front seat view and were able To sleep with the balcony doors open and listening to the waves. Overall it was fantastic and we would return off season.
