Gran Hotel Plaza Imperial

Friendly staff! Clean facilities! Hot water. WiFi access everywhere. The restaurant was reasonably priced and had very good food! The pool was heated, however if you saw the photos you may think it has a hot tub. It does not. It's just a kiddie pool. Close to the airport and walking distance from some restaurants. Would definitely recommend going to the botanical gardens while you're in Toluca! $10mex entry! Definitely worth it

I spent two nights at the hotel and I had a great experience, the rooms were clean and confortable; the breakfast buffet had few options but it was also good. The only thing that I would complain about is that the hotel seems to be an old building and it requieres more mantainance than a new one. I notice this because one of the lighbulbs with its base fell from the cealing on our room's bathroom

Nothing about this place is accurate as viewed online. Don't pay for an executive room, the executive lounge is a current dumpster, literally. Not dog friendly as described, so rude and no nice greetings. I understand this is Toluca, but when you book a place like this you expect a smile at least. I wouldn't let my enemies stay at this place. Plus blood on the mattress?
