Great location, a few blocks away from Downtown, the restaurant is really good and the buffets are the best, if you want something else there are other options arround it.
Hotel is def older, had some problems with the lights. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again since it's in a great location.
please don't stay at the Gran hotel Xalapa. I made the mistake of trusting the good reviews. the hotel is very old and it's in disrepair.
