The beach! Oh, wait this is about the hotel. With a little more care and upkeep (attention to detail) this could be a 5 star hotel. It is located away from the main part of the city. Less noise. The staff gets top rank for being so friendly and attentive Rooms are nice. We would stay again! Valeu!
Big rooms 4 beds in my room wow
Excellent hotel, located across from the beach. Very good customer service and the food is delicious. My daughters had most of the seafood dishes and they were delicious! Breakfast was very good, with a great variety of warm dishes, fruits and very good pao de queijo. I want to acknowledge an employee who works at the pool bar, her name is Adila who was very professional and efficient. One day I ordered food for me and my daughters and unfortunately the employee who prepared one sandwich I ordered, made it without the ingredients I wanted. Adila came to me to apologize and she went straight to the kitchen to make sure they’d make the sandwich exactly the way it should be. And after she brought it to our table, she checked with me to make sure everything was fine. What a great customer service!! Adila went above and beyond, very sweet and professional lady, always with a smile on her face.
