Great hotel in an amazing location. I was visiting a friend during her stay and was indisposed through the dinner. The personnel managed the situation professionally and very kindly at the same time. So, I would like to thank you the manager Marcos and his staff for taking care of me. It was highly appreciated, and I recommend the hotel because staying there is a great experience!

This hotel is out of our standard budget, but I got lucky checking the right week, and they had a sale. It was truly the best money I’ve spent. The hotel is a dream, you walk down the trail past the pool and you’re on the trails! It was magical in May. The breakfast was delicious, a great variety. Attend all the activities, the wine tasting was so fun, sushi night was delicious. I didn’t see it written anywhere but there is a sauna and steam room for free in the locker rooms by the gym. Amazing after the boat ride down the falls.

Great location, but the hotel seriously needs renovation — and the SPA was the biggest disappointment The location is definitely a highlight — scenic, peaceful, and close to nature. The rooms are bright and likely among the best options in the area in terms of layout. However, the hotel is quite run-down. The doors, furniture, and overall condition feel very old. It’s long overdue for renovation. This is definitely not five-star quality, and for the price, you could stay in Dubai with far better comfort and design. The biggest disappointment was the SPA. The indoor pool is not only paid, but also requires advance booking, and only 6 people are allowed for 40 minutes at a time. It’s absolutely frustrating and ridiculous. On top of that, the SPA staff barely speak English, which led to very unpleasant moments — at one point, they even called my child “chicken” instead of “kid”. That was both awkward and upsetting. The restaurant is another weak point. It’s extremely overpriced for what it offers. The food is average at best — nothing special, no wow effect, and certainly not fine dining. Breakfast is also quite basic, with limited options and nothing memorable. I had a special request which was accommodated, and I do appreciate that — thank you.
