Gran Oasis Resort

Fantastic hotel! Just had a weeks holiday here and myself and my family absolutely loved it! We have 2 younger children and they absolutely loved the pool. The food is fantastic and the rooms are lovely! Cande, the maid who looked after our room during our stay was lovely, polite and respectful. She always greeted us politely in the mornings and our room was always immaculate!

We've had the best time here at Gran Oasis, a very special mention to Marina the lifeguard! She's amazing and when my partner slipped down the steps she went above and beyond to help her! Fantastic lifeguard! The food was lovely! The pools are lovely and just the right temp to cool off nicely! I would absolutely come back here again but next time I'd come a lot longer!

We’ve just come back from a week long holiday with our family and 2 year old, and we absolutely loved it. We've stayed in Tenerife many times, including in some 5* star hotels, but this was by far our favourite! The resort is beautiful, spotless with spacious rooms and great air conditioning. There’s just one restaurant, but the food was always fresh and really tasty. The Asian evening on Friday was really good. We noticed that food labels were often missing or incorrect so if anything a bit more information would definitely help guests know what they’re choosing. The pools were brilliant and we never struggled to get a sunbed, which was a big plus. The only downside was that the white parts of our swimwear turned slightly green in the water. Not sure why that happened, but we’re hoping it washes out! The service was exceptional. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Carlos, Miguel & the reception team in particular were fantastic and helped make our holiday really special. We can’t wait to come back soon!
