Gran Panorama Miramonti

Lovely hotel where you can forget about everything. Location and views are stunning. Service impeccable. Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. I tried dinner in their osteria and it's really good although potentially even better options are nearby if you want to leave the hotel. Both pools and all the saunas are great as well. If anything could be improved it's the opening times of the pools. They close at 8 pm which is way too early in the summer. Another small thing would be to have some fans or ac installed as it can get very hot in the relaxation rooms.

Very rarely do I feel compelled to write a hotel review. I’ve stayed all over the world in many types of five star resorts, but it is as if Miramonti gathers the best traits of what makes a hotel great and produces them to a tee in this place. The staff were the kindest of any resort I have stayed at before, and embody service that a hotel should. Some staff speak more than 5 languages and can converse with guests from around the world. I felt like the hotel had guests from everywhere staying together in harmony, and the staff did not miss a beat in talking to everyone. Let me put it this way, if I ever were to have a hotel of my own, I would send the staff here to train. The pool is breathtaking, and the views are so stunning it’s hard to look away. Facilities were new, and you will be pleasantly surprised at the variety of places to lay out, at different elevations up the mountain. From cold plunges to a steam room, multiple saunas, a beautiful pool, a heated pool, many relaxing rooms with views to enjoy, the resort has it all. The spring water on tap throughout the hotel is the cherry on top. I felt like this place is the perfect spot to reset and relax. The breakfast selection was amazing, full of fresh ingredients to choose from. The dining food did not particularly knock my socks off, per se, but was overall good and had a great variety of flavors. Many dishes were truly delicious and the breakfast was amazing. In a resort like this, the details are everything, and Miramonti does it right. I was able to tell, as someone in the industry, the high level of construction finishes that were standard throughout the resort. Even the doors, windows, and floors are high quality. We very much enjoyed our stay, and hope to return in the future with a longer reservation and stay.

Absolutely a treat. From the moment of welcome drink till checkout. Every staff were so friendly. Madalena was so helpful and managed to help us book spa and dinner at last minute. Kevin and Brano were also excellent with their service. The property itself is just gorgeous. The infinity pool overlooks the valley, the Japanese onsen pool and the walking trail. Everything is just so picture perfect. The restaurant uses a lot of local production which is amazing. And the massage at the spa was very good. I stayed at the rooftop loft which is very spacious with great view on the balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows. I will definitely be back to this property again for longer stay.
