Gran Santiago Plaza Confort

The rooms are very clean, the view to the down touwn is realy cool. The service Is fast and good.

Room overlooking the central square. Reasonable size, has a desk, lots of electrical outlets and descent wifi. Hot water a definite problem! Eventually got some the first day, none the next two days! Staff doesn’t seem concerned about it. Oh, and the bathroom door is coming off the hinges so doesn’t close.

This hotel has an excellent location and the staff try their best to attend their clients but the installations are so deteriorated that it makes staying there very unpleasant. Hot water is scarce and the towels are dirty and old. I would not recommend this hotel. It needs a major refurbishment.
