Grand Admiral Resort & SPA

This resort was amazing. So many activities for all ages. Great spa. Very clean. Wonderful campus as it is in the woods you feel close to nature and very much out of the hussle of city life. Such a relaxing place. Breakfast buffet is very tasty. Room so comfortable and clean. The staff were amazing. Vladislav at the front desk was especially helpful as I thought I had lost my passport. He went out of his way to help me. Everyone was very professional and made me feel very much at “home.”

Beautiful territory, nice hotel, comfortable rooms with all facilities, great spa, friendly staff . The only huge disappointment is restaurant and wait staff. Absolutely unprofessional and not educated how to serve meal and drinks: champagne was poured into dirty glasses, no one refilled them for the whole evening, not replenished silverware. Hostess was talking over the phone to their people while we were trying to express our dissatisfaction with the service. People were smoking next to us and waiter sad it is allowed to smoke there even smoking is forbidden in public places around the country. We were celebrating Birthday and got 20% discount at the restaurant, but got fully charged at the spa bar. No compliment or souvenir from the hotel at our Bday, neither restaurant, even the dinner was horrible...So, I do recommend the hotel (rooms cat. spa at main building), but do not visit restaurant, otherwise will get disappointed at your stay in general

Very overpriced. The SPA is excellent. Excellent massage. First class. BUT the waiters are confused and unorganized. Service is NOT 5 star Staff members are not trained. 20 min for soup, 40 min for a risotto. While the food is great the wait is not reasonable. BUT. I got food poisoning the first week from the salad. Staff members are not trained. Staff members are 1 star Facility is 5 star. So 3 stars.
