Good place if u are on a short trips. room is spacious, clean. but abit dark and lack of lighting. plenty of parking. but not luggage/stroller friendly because u must use stairs to go to the lobby breakfast is variety. but lack of taste and also the venue is quiet hot. dont have air conditioning. around the hotel have many shops. easy to buy anything. overall it is okay place is u stay 1 or 2 days. the hotel can be improve in the future. the price also is value for money. below rm200 if u book early
Not well keep hotel. Noisy aircond and not cooling. Wake up is sweat. The hotel Outlook looks grand. But the interior is outdated and not well keep. Breakfast is simple. Road side nasi lemak taste batter. For a RM200 per night, can go for better choice in AS.
The main lobby and cafe for breakfast got no aircon. rainwater leaking can be found and cover with towel. The 1st room was terrible. Door lock broken, TV no line, lack of 1 table lamp. The room lighting is very dim. Waited around 30min to get ppl came to verify and then wait for another 30minutes to get change to 2nd room(better). Hotel staff spray the table cleaner directly on the dining table without remove the spoon and fork. Not sure what happen to the next customer using that table. please train your staff. Hope the hotel management can improve their service and perform like a 4 star hotel also.
