Grand Amisos Hotel

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, locat in a nice district near the fantastic beach which is good for swimming and walking. Different restaurants are within walking distance. Some noise can be noticed as the hotel based in a main road.

Only good thing was the free dinner and a half way decent see view. The boys at the lobby are a mix of arrogance, laziness and incompetence. Just useless. Had some shoppings coming in for the delivery, after some surgery and they seriously let me come down and pick it myself. Besides that you hear everything that's going on in the neighboring rooms. The definitely doesn't catch up with the reality!

I do not recommend this hotel. First, they would not let my girlfriend stay with me in the same room, so we agreed to cancel and refund the remaining nights that I had booked. I then had to wait 13 days to receive the refund. And it was not a simple case. They kept making excuses like their accountant being sick. When I asked by email they ignored me, then they lied about the money being transferred. Eventually after threatening them with further action they finally refunded me. I should add that the staff were rude concerning the matter I first mentioned above. When discussing whether we could stay together, they were confrontational and agitated voices, with three members of staff circling us. And if that doesn't put you off, I didn't have a good night's sleep anyway. The walls are thin and I could hear the next-door room playing their television at 2 am. Funny, isn't it, to put two people together when the hotel was mostly empty? Not a good experience.
