Grand Amore Hotel And Spa

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon for 6 nights, and it was wonderful! Initially the room we were given had an issue with the A/C not working, but the staff was very accommodating with providing us another equivalent room to use while the other rooms A/C was repaired. The rooftop suites are really incredible, with a beautiful little balcony. Great fun to sit out there with an espresso in the morning and listen to the city come alive! The staff was wonderful our entire visit, everyone was very sweet and accommodating and greeted us when we came in. Additionally the location is pretty perfect, just a block or two down from the duomo so pretty much every major site in downtown Florence is within a 15ish minute walk. Despite being on a busy street there wasn't too much noise from outside, it never kept us up anyway. My wife and I both highly recommend this hotel as a lovely place to stay in Florence that's centrally located (but not completely overrun with tourists) with incredible staff.

When you book a hotel on line you really don't know what to expect??? Our stay at the Grand Amore was awesome. The Hotel Lobby area is warm and inviting and clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, always willing to go that extra mile. The rooms were very nice and clean. The bed was very comfy and had lots of pillows. There were room darkening curtains and plenty of storage. We booked a massage at the Spa while we were there. The massage was great and the Spa was clean, we also booked the sauna and steam bath it was also awesome. The massage therapist was very friendly and professional. Overall this was an awesome trip and it made it even more great because the hotel was also awesome. Would definitely come back. Thanks to all who made our trip awesome!!!!

The staff (from the second I walked in) was so accommodating and excited about sharing their favorite parts of Florence with me. The check in was so comfortable, she gave me a map, excitedly circled all of the 'Must-See' places as if it was her first time telling someone. I felt so welcomed. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. I took multiple mid-day naps after stints of walking around the city and it was always quiet and spectacularly clean. Zero complaints and nothing could have been improved. Thank you!
