A Truly 5-Star Experience at the Grand Ankara Hotel My recent stay at the Grand Ankara Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—check-in was smooth and they kindly accommodated an early check-in, which was a great start. The hotel itself is the definition of luxury. The lobby is spacious and beautifully designed, with an atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a premium experience. The rooms are modern and technologically advanced, offering both comfort and convenience in every detail. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa. It features a sauna, steam room, and a traditional Turkish hamam—all set in a tranquil and spotless environment. Complimentary tea, coffee, and water added a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more relaxing. The swimming pool is impressively large and immaculately clean, perfect for unwinding. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Every team member I encountered was warm, hospitable, and genuinely helpful. I had accidentally left behind a personal item in my room—something very important to me. The housekeeping team not only found it but went above and beyond to return it. A special thanks to Mr. Umut, who coordinated everything and ensured that my lost item was delivered to me at the airport via taxi before my flight. His dedication and professionalism were truly outstanding. I cannot recommend the Grand Ankara Hotel highly enough. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where guests are genuinely cared for.

After receiving an upgraded superior room using Booking.com, I had a fantastic view, while relaxing in the spa bath was my highlight. The service was very friendly. An awesome selection for breakfast was delicious 😋 All the night life, bars, and eateries are 5 min walk down the road.

The hotel staff was excellent, and the location was very convenient. I especially loved the view from the high-rise. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast selection, which didn’t meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Additionally, the room repairs were poorly done, with visible patched areas and holes in the wall. Also, the swimming pool was out of service for a week.
